With SomatiQ Breathwork, it is designed to help you stress, trauma, emotions, and blocked energy from the body. It is a modality that uses your own breath to help shed the layers of yourself that no longer serve you.
What you’ll experience in each session
Each 90-minute session is carefully tailored to address your specific stress triggers. During our time together, we will:
Release emotional blocks and stress.
Reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit.
Transform patterns that no longer serve you.
Access a deeper sense of clarity, balance, and self-awareness.
Your journey to your best self
Coupling the breath with immersive music may result in different forms of cathartic emotional releases such as moving the body, laughing, crying, yelling, and shaking. All of the forms of expression are encouraged because it allows the body to move any stuck energy and create space for the second half of the Breathwork session.
A more gentle breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to help you connect with who you truly are. Together we can use the breath to call in how you want to show up in the world, the changes you want to embody, and allow you to see clearly what it would be like to live as your best self.
